The Saskatchewan Co-operative Association has provided mentorship for youth through their Co-op Camp Program for over 90 years. Recently, participation has been in decline and they came to Balloonfish to help reverse the trend. We started with an audit of previous marketing activities and then spoke with past campers, staff and parents. Throughout our research we heard a common theme: Co-op Camp is the one place where you can truly be yourself.
We created a strategy for the brand which culminated in a new name, logo, visual identity and sales collateral to better reflect why the camp exists and to attract more campers, as well as developed a communications plan.
