









Every year reported incidences of workplace sexual harassment rises. To better understand this troubling trend, PLEA received funding to seek input from people in typically male-dominated industries about their experiences with sexual harassment. More specifically, to identify gaps in knowledge, practices and skills concerning the rights and remedies when sexual harassment takes place, as well as existing barriers to sexual harassment-free workplaces.
Leveraging the opinionated nature of social media, we used imagery and quotes tailored to a range of male-dominated industries. The quotes were designed to elicit an emotional reaction and make people feel compelled to share their own experiences and opinion in the survey.
